Sochan

Rudbeckia laciniata – Shady perennial green

$8.00

Out of stock

Sochan is a really cool plant because it is tall, and has really pretty yellow and green flowers, yet it loves the shade! If it is happy, after a few years it will begin spreading and fill the garden space.

Best of all it provides an edible early spring green! Because of its spreading nature, it is pretty easy to collect in meal sized quantities. It is a mild green overall, but with its own distinct quality.

Growth Parameters:

Expect tall herbaceous perennial flowers up to 7 feet. This will certainly spread in soils with a lot of organic matter.

Can do well in full sun all the way to part or even full shade! Versatile!
